"Had a really nice stay, the penthouse apartment was lovely, all modern, clean and very well kept. Balcony got loads of sun so was a really nice feature to have. Only downside was the check in as I didn't receive any emails or messages on how to check in and the coffee shop that was listed to go to was closed for 4 days so we where unable to ask there , so we have to find a number online to message the host, after getting no reply on Expedia chat. "Good hotel, excellent breakfast. Two small concerns - the pillows on the bed were laughably thin, and the A/C diificult to control - twice i was woken by a stream of uninvited and unwanted cold air that the unit decided (all by itself) to provide."

"Great hotel in the centre of town. Receptionist was professional and friendly. The room was well maintained and had more than enough surfaces to put all your things. Bathroom clean and had an actual bath, which was nice. And the breakfast was really good. The whole hotel just felt relaxed but a very good standard. We used the gym and pool and both were good also. Highly recommend."

"We’ve visited Gdańsk several times and decided to try the Prize by Radisson on our latest trip. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town. After speaking with the staff, we found out the hotel had only been open for around a month. Everything felt fresh, modern and exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Our room had large opening windows with a lovely view of the National Museum in Gdańsk and the Holy Trinity Church. The room itself was modern, comfortable and spotless. I needed to use the ironing facilities and was told they were located between floors 2 and 3. I found them in the stairwell, which raised some accessibility concerns as guests would need to use stairs to access the room. The ironing room had one ironing board and two irons, although there was no obvious way to add water to them. I also noticed that bottled water is no longer provided. Instead, there are water dispensers on selected floors. Having to go between floors to find one wasn’t particularly convenient. That said, I understand this is a very new hotel and there will naturally be some teething issues. The points mentioned wouldn’t stop me from returning. Overall, we had a lovely stay, the hotel was clean and modern, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout."

"A lovely place to stay, right on the main pedestrian street, close to the water and countless restaurants, and an easy walk to all of the Gdansk attractions. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms with modern amenities and super comfortable beds. We had breakfast included and the variety and quality of food was superb. We couldn’t fault this hotel and can highly recommend it."

"The lobby smelled heavily of cigarettes. It was pretty unpleasant to stand inside waiting to get to our room. The room was not the room that I booked and the place was all booked so there was no resolution, but this could have been a hotels.com issue and maybe not the hostel, I am not sure. We received one small towel for 2 people. It was very loud in the building from the outside and from the other guests during the night. We had a tea kettle and tea, but no tea bags."
