"This was a lovely stay. The owners were very welcoming and happy to give ideas of what to do etc. the room was spacious and well decorated. Swimming pool is always welcome and the outdoor area was a lovely space for breakfast. Only issue for me was the parking as space is limited and my hire car was not easy to manoeuvre! Sete is a busy town in the Summer but with 12 Kim’s of beach it was easy to find a quiet area"

"We had a night here and its a room in the owners house, never been in to a b@b like this before but the owners are absolute diamonds and cant say how lovely and friendly they are. "This was a magical stay. I could not recommend this place more. The lady of the chateau Christine was amazing. Recommended what should be a Michelin star restaurant for dinner called the The Drunken Camel. Amazing meal. The chateau makes you feel like a scene out of Downton Abbey. We spent 3 weeks in Italy, Hungry, France and Spain and this was a highlight of our stay. "

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "Staying in an old prison was a very fun experience. The art work and furniture is all very cool. It was a little hot with just the ceiling fan. Pool was wonderful! Amazing views!! We lucked out with parking and got a space up top and just left our car there for three days. About 20.00 a day. The restaurant was good and there was another really good one by the fountain near by. Staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. Would recommend "
