Der große Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist seine Lage. Zum Strand geht man/n ca.25 Min zu Fuss. Mit dem Wagen keine 5Min., und wenn man möchte erhĂ€lt bekommt man auch FahrrĂ€der. NĂ€chst grĂ¶ĂŸere Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Aldi,Sky,Lidl etc. ist auch nicht weit weg. FĂŒr die Lage und Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis wĂ€ren...
