"Property was as described, it was comfortable, clean and convenient, even though it is on the main road it was very private. Ensuite area and bed perfect. Chocolates were a lovely personal touch. The bird life is extremely friendly, watch out when eating outdoors. A wonderful place to stay with everything you need, an up grade of cooking pots would be great. Highly recommended staying at Manuka"

"We (a group of 10) stayed 3 nights. When we booked the accomodation back last year there was only 1 review of 5 stars on Stayz so our expectations were high, especially for the price. Prior to our trip, subsequent reviews (on other sites) were posted which lowered our expectations somewhat. Overall, we agreed with the most recent reviewers that the house is very clean and Kerry the caretaker communicated well. The size of the house is large and spacious.
