"We stayed there in order to see the ruins in Pompeii and climb Mount Vesuvius. The location was an easy walk to one of the entrances to the ruins (just behind the lovely cathedral called Santuario della Beata Vergine Maria del Santo Rosario). We found an agent to take us to Vesuvius quite easily from near the ruins. The hosts were super kind and easy to reach by cell phone, and let us in several hours before we said we would come, and even more hours before the actual check in time. Eugenio...

Check in was smooth and front desk staff attentiveThe bad: very small for 2 adults and 2 kids, run down, and they are replacing the brick on the outside of the building, so the jack hammers starting at 8am…..Also, the closeness to the train means hearing the platform announcements every 30 min. And the beds are not forgiving at all."

"A perfect place for a short visit to the City of Pompei. Everything within a walking distance, even a supermarket open 24/7. Very clean, new and comfortable. Well equiped. A bit noisy at night as next to the train line. Though we barelly noticed the trains. Massimo is a very patient host. "Everything was in order, uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Excellent pizzeria nearby. Nice hostess, who is the amiable grandmother of the landlady. She only speaks Italian but that wasn't any problem at all. You can reach the train station and entrance to the famous ruins on foot. Fair value-money ratio! Recommendable!"
