"This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open."

"No one there to let you in or give you the three different codes to get into room Called phone number and got some non English speaker telling me to go down the street to a taxi stand. I did that and then heard someone yell my name. Limbed up two floors to s different hotel desk he gave me the codes. If I had arrived after dark this would have been impossible. "

"Voor een wat langer verblijf mis je wel een klein keukentje (alleen koelkast en magnetron aanwezig). De eigenaresse is een echte dierenliefhebber. Persoonlijk vind ik een 5-tal honden wel wat veel. "Far from the train station. Not a good choice if you have big suitcases. Check-in instruction was confounding, which made the whole process complicated. The owner was impatient to help when calling. He said everything was self-check-in, and he didn't understand me, implying I shouldn't bother him. The hotel doesn't have fringe or complimentary bottled water, as listed on hotels.com. No toiletries or shampoo. Cheap supplies: body wash dispenser hardly come out. One good thing is the heating...
