Excellent bed, but not enough to bring us back!

Clean overnight stay. Lovely comfortable bed, but ugly decor throughout the hotel. Very poor breakfast selections, of which many were stale! Very pleasant hotel staff. We would probably try somewhere else if we were to come back.

Great place to stay, conveniently located right as you get into town (From the North). Staff is very friendly and attentive. First room I was put in was not cleaned and still a mess from previous stay, but the manager quickly took care of me and upgraded me to a suite for the inconvenience. I will look to stay here again.

We travel a lot, and the check in staff were the nicest most personable people we have dealt with in our travels. The room was spacious, and light and clean. We will be back there the next time we are in Ponca City visiting our daughter.

Checked in. Left. Didn't return till midnight. Saw two roaches crawling on the bed. Went to bed. Woke up and took a shower . Tube dirty and caulking on the tub was mildewed. 3 guest and two towels. Went downstairs to get coffee and it was cold. Checked out and told the person at the front desk about my concerns and he said thanks for letting him know. He didn't blink a eye to try to address the issues. You pay good money to stay at a decent hotel and that's all you got to say. Not good. I should be compensated for some of this. Not just tell me thanks for letting him know.

I would give this an excellent review however I had a family emergency at home and I had to leave around1:00PM which is after check out time, I know. I had already paid for that night but absolutely could not stay. I was hoping for a refund but was denied. I wish they would have refunded that night.

The rooms were nice, and modern. The fridge and microwave worked well. The desk chair is not high enough. At 6' my chest was at the top of the desk, with the chair in its highest setting, while trying to work. They also need to add more shower soap. The morning, I was able to have breakfast, all the coffee was gone by 7:30. Also, the ice machine on the ground floor was leaking water but was not working. They need to keep vigilant on human trafficking, as the room next to mine, they had a do not disturb sign for three days. There was either a lot of noise or nothing. Something was not right.

The bedroom smelled horrible like stale smoke, the staff was really nice and got us in another room but said I had to pay more for it because it’s an upgrade. Because there were not any other king bed rooms like I ordered. So staff was great. Room was smelly
