Great location, great communication and well explained instructions! The property is very small, you can’t tell how small from the pictures and keep in mind it is an old building.

Only good thing about the place is the spot. Shower was flooded, so the first night after a long trip and a long day, nobody took a shower, imagine how uncomfortable was that. Place has dirt from ants nest. You can probably fit 9 people on a real bad layout. But the wil charge you for the “extra guest while it says from the beginning is for 9 people. Place is dark on the back ally, watch for the floor is unlevel because of a drain, i almost twist my ancle. Security boxes are not well mantain. Take at your own risk.

Todo fue muy bueno, lo único es que el apartamento 2204 el aire estaba botando agua por la pared y llegaba al piso, pusimos toallas,por lo demas estuvo espectacular, tranquilo y seguro, gracias!!

This is a converted small apartment from an old colonial property. It has only 1 small bathroom. no hot shower available when we were there. It was comfortable. we only stayed for one night. the best part was location. it was right next to the plaza and very centrally located. you can walk to many interested places to visit. the owner waited for us to check in since there was no reception area. we were fortunate to find a parking right away but this can be potentially a problem.

Good Location and Comfy!

Location was great and while we thought parking would be an issue it wasn’t. Suggest a larger mop and broom be made available but we made due. Miguel was extremely helpful. Only caution is there is only one bathroom in unit and could be tricky for more than three to four people. Loved the full kitchen and ability to relax after running around the island all day.
