"Hotel was awesome! But with the amount of people that use your resort, you GOT to have all the elevators going all the time. 2 broke lifts out of 4 with all those people was pretty bad. Long lines of wet bodies waiting to get to their rooms."

"I reserved 2 patio oceanfront rooms, I did not get those rooms. We was there from Tuesday-Sunday and our bed was not changed at all,we would leave so they could have done it. We took care of our own garbage also. The very nice gentleman did however stop to see if we needed towels when he was there ..."

"I had a very pleasant stay for a very reasonable price right on the beach. I had a murphy bed with saggy springs, and a love seat (not a full length couch) the same. Coffee cups were missing and the floor had been swept but not mopped (feet got a little dirty and gritty) despite my additional sweeping. ..."
