The dining experience was five-star thanks to the owner and chef who has impeccable credentials including many prominent and royal families in Europe. Definitely a repeat for us."

She shared great insight and history about the property and about the surrounding area. We got great suggestions about highlights for our visit. "We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. Roc was welcoming, gave us access to his family home and gardens, and an excellent restaurant recommendation in a nearby town. He even called to make a reservation for us. "

"We arrived 3 hours early, but were allowed to check-in early- brilliant! Also, the proprietor kindly let us put some food items in their fridge to keep cold. There was a Music festival going on that evening, which was great fun, and we watched later on from our bedroom window- unfortunatly there was still music going on at 02.45, but not the Hotel's fault. Breakfast next morning was good."
