"PropriĂ©tĂ© bien situĂ©e pour faire un arrĂȘt sur le canal. Il nây a cependant rien Ă faire Ă proximitĂ© (1 seul restaurant mais fermĂ© lors de notre passage) et rien Ă visiter en particulier. Le site du bord du canal est trĂšs reposant. Les chambres sont propres, sans confort particulier (pas dâair conditionnĂ© ni centralisateur). Fort heureusement, on a pu ventiler en ouvrant les fenĂȘtres de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Nous avons dinĂ© au bord du canal, ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le repas...

"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English).
The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway.
The only restaurant in Salives was unable...
