Quiet peace of heaven

Our family absolutely loved our vacation! The house is close to everything we needed, we even walked to the city beach each day. Dawn provides everything you need to sit and enjoy the sun outside or watch a movie at night. Highly recommend!!

Sandpoint Haven

My wife and I are traveling through Montana and Idaho with a couple of friends from our neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This house in Sandpoint was a perfect fit for the four of us. It is close to many beautiful lakes, mountains, and shopping. Located in a small quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay and I would book again.

Great Place

We stayed here for our family ski trip. It’s less than 30 minutes to get to Schweitzer and less than 10 minutes to get to the free shuttle. The house was clean and had what we needed make dinners and breakfasts. The house manager was friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

My wife, Mother In-law, and two teenage boys just stayed there. The home is beautiful, lots of space for all of us. Had all the things you need to cook, and more! Very quiet neighbourhood, with driveway parking. Close to Walmart, gas and fast food (2-3min drive). Also very close to downtown SandPoint (aprox 5min).Can’t speak highly enough about this place - we loved it!

Very nice home that’s close to downtown with an excellent host

Dawn was excellent with her communication, asking about our stay and offering helpful hints on things to do and how to get around. The home is nice, seemed new, and close to downtown. It worked great for our group of six. 😀

Nice House

This is a very neat and clean house. It has most of what you need, but would be better if it had a BBQ, and some grass in the back yard. The back yard is all just weeds, and completely unusable. The location of this house on the map shows it to be a short walk from the lake, however there is no walking access to the lake at all. It is just a very short drive down to the city beach I. sandpoint, which is very nice. Overall if you are looking for a very quiet and clean house a good neighbourhood, you will like it here.

Winter Weekend Getaway

New home near Sandpoint and Schweitzer Mountain had everything we needed for the seven of us (5 adults & 2 toddlers). We appreciated the ample cooking supplies and kitchen items for adults and children. The bedrooms & bathrooms were immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious. Plenty of space in the living room for the adults to relax and the kids play. The property manager and owner were very responsive with our questions and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. We would stay here again!
