"Very nice. Of all the 3 other places we stayed in Tuscany on prior vacations this was the best. Very comfortable and spacious one level apartment with a huge bathroom with shower and tub. Lovely views. Easy to park outside the flat. Very close to downtown Montecatini (but still in the countryside). Tizziana and Tessa were extremely helpful and sweet and answered all our questions. If you want the real Tuscan feel with a home away from home this is it."

"Great looking house with on site parking. The house was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchenbwas great to cook meals when we didn't want to go to the restaurant. Chiara communicated with us during the whole trip which made the check-in and check out process flawless. If you are looking for a very quiet spot with a beautiful view only 20 minutes from a larger city, this is a great place to book."

"Beautifully restored home in a gorgeous Tuscan setting, The distant views of the sunrises and sunsets were incredible. The villa provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house was located just off of a rugged country road near the historic town of Chianni, where there are many good restaurants. My husband and I spent the week touring around the countryside, enjoying the Mid-Evil villages and trying not to get into too much trouble driving along with the Italian drivers. Be very...

"We loved this villa and it's surroundings. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is a definite winner. The roads leading to the villa are a little sketchy but as long as you have a decent vehicle you will be fine. Great place to stay if you have a car and are wanting to do day trips."

"A stunning, beautifully decorated property that was the perfect base for exploring northern Tuscany. We travelled to so many different places including Pisa, Florence, San Miniato, Pistoia, Volterra, Vinci, San Gimignano and more! The hosts Leonardo and Barbara gave us a useful guide packed full of so many places and things to do. "We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
