Maison moderne avec caméras de surveillance et équipements désuets

Maison moderne avec jardin, situĂ©e dans un lotissement relativement calme, Ă  15-30 minutes des plages et sites touristiques (caution de 1000 euros requise). 2 camĂ©ras rotatives sont installĂ©es Ă  l’extĂ©rieur, dont une orientable vers la fenĂȘtre de la salle de bain, dĂ©tail non prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce mais mentionnĂ© dans le contrat reçu Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Qu’en est-il d’autres camĂ©ras ? Accueil assurĂ© par une personne mandatĂ©e par le propriĂ©taire. À notre arrivĂ©e, une odeur de cigarette imprĂ©gnait la maison, et une bouteille en plastique contenant un liquide suspect (urine ?) Ă©tait prĂ©sente. Aucun produit de bienvenue ni geste attentionnĂ© n'a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©vu. DĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©e HS dissimulĂ© dans un meuble. Contrairement Ă  ce qui est indiquĂ© dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de bain Ă  remous. PropretĂ© moyenne : dĂ©chet dans le jardin, poussiĂšres et toiles d’araignĂ©e
 Les plaques de cuisson (dont une trĂšs sale), le four, la hotte et le lave-vaisselle sont modernes et fonctionnels. Le frigo givre et le compartiment freezer est rouillĂ©. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnant pour les amateurs de thĂ©, surtout avec un micro-ondes dĂ©suet et compliquĂ© Ă  rĂ©gler. Le sĂšche-cheveux est vĂ©tuste, l'aspirateur peu performant et le lave-linge s'ouvre difficilement avec une corde (mĂ©canisme Ă©tant cassĂ©). L'Ă©tendage bancal est rafistolĂ© avec du fil. Une prise Ă©lectrique est bouchĂ©e avec du scotch. Les Ă©quipements pour bĂ©bĂ© disponibles nĂ©cessitent un nettoyage, mieux vaut prĂ©voir son matĂ©riel.

Wunderschönes Haus in wunderschönem Pont-Croix

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in einem schönen Winkel der Bretagne erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus mit seiner neuen, klaren Architektur liegt am Ende des Ortes an den Feldern, mit Sicht in die Ferne. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wieder nach Pont-Croix kommen
