"We had a great experience there. Our host Vanessa was very kind, friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and maintained to a high standard. The pool and hot tub make it even more pleasant. And what a feeling to be surrendered by all those horses. We were lucky enough to go along Vanessa when she went feeding the horses, she took time to explain to us many things about life in the horse-breeding farm. Also it's important to mention how amazing the breakfast was with a great selection of homemade and local products. We would recommend this place without hesitation and we will definitely visit again."

"Wonderful hosts and staff, who were extremely welcoming. The spa is lovely, and the indoor pool is the perfect temperature. They serve a delicious breakfast too. We will definitely be retuning. "

"Had extended family (12 of us) all staying in one place including a toddler, young kids, tweens and 6 adults! The place was perfect for what we needed. The pool was a big win, excellent amenities in terms of crockery, glasses, cutlery kitchen equipment etc. Garden was lovely and we had almost no complaints. The only comment we have is that the property is very tired and must be very difficult for Marianne to keep clean by herself. This is not a major complaint from us as there were several children and lots of us so would have felt very uncomfortable trying to keep an immaculate house clean!!! This is not an immaculate house. Some of the sockets are loose and there are fixtures/fittings in need of repair. One of the chairs collapsed when we sat on it(!) But again this is not a complaint, it is probably a plus for such a large family in one place. We left it cleaner than we found it :) Marianne was lovely and showed us the old photos of the place and the work that was done (and is still to do!). I loved looking at the derelict parts and considering whether I could find £250,000 to buy it!! All in all an excellent stay and I would book again. But just a word of warning for others - it is rustic, French countryside shabby chic...sans le chic. Extra thanks to Marianne who was next door on hand whenever we needed but not too much that we felt uncomfortable. Merci Beaucoup! A bientot! "

"With grandparents, parents and children, including one with severe autism, this was an ideal place for our holiday. The property was stunning, the setting beautiful and the pool inviting. Plenty of space for everyone and a lovely secure garden area. The layout of the bedrooms (doubles/singles) wasn’t quite as listed, but we were able to adapt easily enough. Great to find a holiday location that is so welcoming to the disabled community. The play barn was a huge hit with the children and they enjoyed making friends with other guests, despite the language barrier! Kitchen was well equipped and the huge dining table was super for family meals."

"Very basic service. Breakfast was missing a number of items at 9:00 am. The area is very noisy. However, for the price and for being a B&B we could not expect much more. We stayed only for one night, which was okay. "

"Budget hotel so for the cost it is extremely good value. Would have liked a hand towel for the separate sink area, but just two bath towels provided for the wet room style toilet/shower. Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. There is free WiFi, but unfortunately this went down half way through our 3night stay and was still down when we left. If you just need a room to sleep in for a few nights and don’t need lots of extras I would recommend the BHotel"

"Basic hotel but very affordable for our budget. There is a McDonald's across the street and easy access to the freeway. Breakfast is 12 Euros which is not cheap for what you get. U need a car for this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Its a good base to explore Normandy without staying at an expensive hotel closer to the D Day Beaches. There is a Lidl a short distance away. I would stay here again if I have a vehicle. "
