The estate:
Set on a hill in a peaceful valley, our 2.5-hectare estate offers wide-open views and complete tranquility.
The main house with the chambre d’hôtes, the Maison d’Amis, and the authentic 19th-century Grange have all been lovingly renovated while preserving their unique charm.
Throughout the estate, you’ll find quiet seating areas, gardens, and nature. There are vegetable patches and fruit trees, as well as a large 10 × 5 meter swimming pool. For extra relaxation, you can book a massage. A 17th-century bread oven is a reminder of the site’s rich history.
Part of the grounds is a designated quiet area. Here, you’ll mostly hear nature — and if you’re lucky, you might spot deer or pheasants. Children can play freely, while cats and chickens wander around happily.
The surroundings:
The estate is located in Pont-du-Casse, near Agen, between Bordeaux and Toulouse — a sunny, gently rolling region ideal for walking, cycling, or simply unwinding.
Agen (10 minutes away) offers a charming historic center, lively markets, cafés, restaurants, and the Canal de Garonne. The region is well known for its prunes and its quality of life.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find:
Bastide villages
Lakes and nature parks
Family-friendly activities (theme parks, climbing forests, water parks)
Golf courses and cycling routes
And for those who prefer to stay: the estate itself has everything you need to simply relax… and do nothing.
