"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"This is a wonderful hotel in one of the most beautiful places in the world. You're steps away from the HR Giger Bar & Museum, Castle Gruyeres, restaurants, and little shops. It's amazing. And breakfast was so good."

"We had a gorgeous room with a lake view and small porch. This was suite (upgraded) room. The ceiling was super high and the room was well-appointed. The restaurant overlooks the lake and was lovely. We had great service in the restaurant and for drinks in the courtyard. We used the laundry service which was excellent but very pricey."
