We had a wonderful two week stay at Casa de Ines. The house and property were beautiful and very clean inside and out. We really appreciated having private parking for our rental vehicle. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner. The hosts left is coffee, tea and a gorgeous welcome basket. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful sharing different things to do and places to eat on the island. Highly recommend!

Pleasant stay!

Overall the property was great for our family vacation. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Our flight got in very early and they accommodated us to leave our luggage while the house was cleaned. The area was very quiet which made for great outdoor time. The location was a nice distance from the city so gave you the best of both worlds! I would recommend this property.

Great base for Sao Miguel stay

Our tall family of four appreciated the space and open floor plan of this house. Outdoor space is accentuated by a small forest aligning one edge of the property. This was scenic and filled with song birds especially in the morning. Were a family that cooks, A LOT, so we appteciated the kitchen and its ample small appliances (mixing blender, smoothis blender, wand blender...; we used them all!). Well working washer and dryer also much used and appreciated. Host was very responsive, especially around trouble we had with the cook top and frankly all questions that came up. From our numerous VRBO rentals, we missed a summary email or welcome booklet instructing us how to use various elements of the house, wifi sign on, garbage disposal info etc. Instead i needed to shoot them a question for each. Again, they always got back to me quickly but would be a nice addition, as would some larger cups and coffee mugs. Sweet sweet town filled with generous kind people. Wonderful to NOT be in a tourist area.

Unsere Urlaub mit 5 Personen in der Casa de Ines war super und wir können es ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zu Davide war super, freundlich und schnell. Anliegen wurden sofort umgesetzt egal welche Uhrzeit. Super Haus mit schönem Garten und Grill. Gerne wieder. Viel Spaß noch und liebe Grüße Robert und Familie aus Leipzig. Our holiday with five people at Casa de Ines was great and we can recommend it without hesitation. Davide was great to deal with, friendly and quick to respond. Any issues were dealt with immediately, no matter what time of day. Great house with a beautiful garden and barbecue. We'd love to come back. Excellent séjour

Cette villa avait tout pour nous convenir, grand salon, trois grandes chambres, deux salles de bain, une cuisine équipée, un parking pour la voiture. De plus elle est idéalement située pour visiter l’ensemble des prestations De L’île. Nous avons lu eu un excellent échange avec la gestionnaire de la Villa. Je vous la recommande.
