This property is not how it is listed. No a/c, tiny ants in room, folks upstairs have heavy feet especially between 7AM-11:00AM, broken towel bar in bathroom, the shampoo/body wash seemed to be the same as the hand soap, and thw room was extremely musty smelling with a low floor fan that only circulated the lovely scent in a closed off room.

Complete false advertisement this is a dorm not an apartment amenities are misleading. Its not 5-10 from Harbour there is no in-room shower no in-room kitchen, no in -room bathroom no in-room microwave no-in room anything but a bed and a small nightstand. Im disabled and require my own bathroom, and kitchen this place is Complete lie on the amenities. I called expedia and they insulted me with an offered of half of my refund . First they offered me 185.00 dollars days later it was 300 dollars after days and countless hours they offered me 600.00 dollars i said no that i wanted my full refund because of the false amenities..Complete lies and misleading amenities. After 10 days and over 5 hours on the phone i called back and they offered my 300.00 dollars..going backwards on the offer. Finally i said that i would be calling my bank and filling a complaint with Americans with disabilities. This is 100 percent on Expedia for knowing that the web sights amenities are false. Property manager even admitted that web sight was incorrect.. Shame on Expedia I will be following up with a complaint to American disabilities.

Es tal y como se describe. Propietarios con muy buena comunicación. La estancia ha sido agradable, habitación con baño compartido pero accesible casi siempre que se han deseado usar, hay pocas habitaciones, 5, u una de ellas ya tiene baño. La casa está situada a lado de carretera, por tanto para dormir cerrar ventanas u calor, humedad y falta de ventilación, por lo demás confortable. Las zonas comunes exteriores no son utilizables. Repetiría experiencia.

Reservamos quarto com casa de banho privativa e pedimos um berço. À chegada, não havia berço e o quarto com casa de banho privativa estava já ocupado. O código para entrada deu erro algumas vezes, pelo q tivemos q aguardar na rua q alguém nos abrisse a porta. Tem muitas formigas e baratas na cozinha. A casa de banho partilhada estava sempre molhada, pois a base de duche não estava em condições. A casa tem muito potencial, mas não está bem aproveitada.

Absolutes Plus ist auf jeden Fall die Nähe zum Strand. In 2 Laufminuten ist man da. Die Sauberkeit ist auch beispielhaft. Jeden Tag werden alle gemeinsam zu nutzenden Räumlichkeiten gründlich geputzt. Kleine Beanstandung an der Stelle gibt es allerdings. Keines der Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Auf jeder Etage gibt es jeweils nur ein Bad (Klo nicht separat!), wodurch man teilweise sehr lang warten muss und auf der Lauer ist seine Gelegenheit abzupassen. Das war mir bei der Buchung nicht ganz klar. Ansonsten sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Trotz der langen Wartezeit jederzeit gerne wieder.

La casa est très proche de la plage. J’ai rencontré de nombreuses difficultés pour trouver l’établissement, introuvable sur GPS.heureusement que les açorianos sont sympathique car ils m’ont accompagne jusqu’à l’hôtel ! L’ensemble est parfaitement clean. La chambre également mais quelques froid dans la nuit... au matin trop de bruit, car l’isolation est à revoir. Impossible de dormir des 8h, claquement de porte ... suis resté 1 seule nuit, je n’aurai pas supporté une 2ème ....mais le cadre est idéal.

Établissement très propre, facile à trouver. Bémol, malgré indication sur le site de chambres équipées de coins cuisine, il s'agit en fait d'une seule cuisine partagée, et seule la suite confort bénéficie d'une salle de bain privée. Nous n'avons pas vu le personnel de l'établissement, que ce soit au check in ou au check out, heureusement que nous avions reçu le code d'entrée et notre numéro de chambre avant l'arrivée. Je recommande tout de même.
