The staff were constantly welcoming, informative, and always ready to enhance our experience. Our room was spacious and clean with ample closet space. Our room was also very quiet which lead to an excellent night's sleep even while in walking distance to everything the city offered. I would stay here again!

We did not stay at the hotel due to the difficulty the hotel and. to the garage entrance. Two employees assisted me and back passenger door was dented we were told they had to check with you. We received no funds and had additional expense of E382.40. to stay at another hotel. We did not enter the room at the the hotel, We received a letter that they would not refund us anything Using my time I am informing Travel Advisor of this experience and the fact that access to not only to the garage but to the hotel is almost impossible. We were fortunate that someone was kind enough to allow us to go through their private property.

Lidt spøjst indrettet værelse med knap så privat toilet. Madrassen var alt for hård desværre. Men fin lille terresse. Deres Spa var lækker, fordi den kunne bookes kun til privat brug. Men det skulle vi spørge om. Vi fin ikke meget info fra starten. De havde også en udendørs pool, med det var ikke sæson til brug. Vi var der i julen 2025.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean; bathroom smelled a little musty, but it's an old building. Breakfast was pretty basic. We were "upgraded", although we had purposely booked a room with a terrace? Apparently the room we booked would have just been a twin bed, although it did not read that way on Expedia. Area was very walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. The POOL...unusable as it was taken over by pigeons. Pigeons in the pool, around the pools...which means bird poop everywhere.

I didn’t sleep for more than an hour as you could hear bar noise until 4am every night. I asked to change rooms but they were apparently full. They said they’d move me up a floor but still at front of hotel so didn’t see the point. I did request a quieter room when booking. Car park was full when we arrived and when we did get a spot, it was almost impossible to park. Awful. I was exhausted as I didn’t sleep a wink. Actual hotel and staff were nice though. Made me cut my holiday short and book a flight home as I was exhausted.

We REALLY enjoyed staying at the Casa! Sophia directed us to a different room on nights 2 and 3 and we couldn't have been happier with her recommendation. She and the rest of the staff are delightful. Breakfast was lovely and gave us a super start to our days.
