Great Hotel, could get light refurbishments on the furniture, but overall a great stay. Breakfast should be a little cheaper (not tried, due to the pricing) but bar service is also great insted. Easy checking and good staff, central location was worth.

A pleasant hotel, clean, with a few amenities to make use and a very friendly and helpful staff. Its location is great, just under 10 minutes from the airport and only about 15mins walk to Ponta Delgada Marginal city centre. Overhaul highly recommend and would stay again if I ever visited again Ponta Delgada.

The hotel is well located within 15 minutes walk to downtown. Parking is available for additional 5 euros, however there is plenty of parking spaces in front of hotel and it's free from 19:00 till 08:00 next day. Pay at meter. Hotel includes breakfast bar, although it's exactly the same every day so it gets a bit tiring. However, it's convenient and plenty of food to fill up before your daily activities. They provide beach towel service for free, which was very welcoming and convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel has a pool, which we didn't use so can't comment on it. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend.

I stayed at the Vila Nova with my elderly parents. What impressed me most was the front desk workers, from the morning staff to the afternoon and night shift. When I checked in the girls noticed my mother was in a wheelchair and changed me to a room that better assists her and a balcony! I wasn't even going ask. Thank you. Breakfast is very filling, rooms were big and quiet, location is great, close to the airport and walking distance to the centre or botanical gardens. I booked hete as it had the best price to meet my needs. A tour bus stop is 1.5 streets away. Very safe, I will only book here my next Ponta Delgada trip

Great location close to markets, restaurants, the train station. Many sites are within walking distance. January is a good time to visit as there are less crowds and the weather has been perfect for us being from Fairbanks Alaska.

Great up to date room with all of the amenities. Hotel staff were amazing making sure we had everything we needed. Easy walk to the waterfront, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Parking was just out the front door.

Check-in was simple and friendly staff at front desk and bar. The location is very walkable to the town center. Front desk arranged an early taxi to the airport which was much appreciated. Disappointed in the pool hours and the beds (had a triple room) were very uncomfortable.

Our room was absolutely wonderful, very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport and a few minute walking distance from the downtown area. Near everything. The staff was wonderful and we even got complimentary wine and Natas. An absolute delight stay.
