"Every thing. No manager on duty when we arrived. He was at the beach. Waited 90 minutes to get a room. No hot water in the shower. Power went out the first night. Water went out the 2nd night. Total apathy on the part of management. No breakfast in the morning. No extra blanket. Air conditioning out. We were alone, no staff or other guests. Loud noises in the middle of the night. We left after 2 nights. "

"O hotel dispõe de uma estrutura muito bonita (que precisa de manutenção), confortável e uma equipe extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. Fiquei no quarto com piscina e pude ter momentos de lazer e exclusividade, porém a falta de opções de comida (petisco, almoço e janta), afeta a experiência no hotel.
