Pôr do Sol is an independent fraction of a house in a quiet and sunny area, ideal for two to four people.
The accommodation is approximately 120 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 m wide), a living room with a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has air conditioning with cooling and heating in the bedrooms and living room.
It has two balconies overlooking the ocean and surrounding farmland. The living room balcony is ideal for relaxing in the late afternoon and enjoying the fabulous sunsets with intense autumn colours.
It is equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international and children's channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

LOCATION
The accommodation is located in a rural area 330 m above sea level and 3.5 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafes.
200 m away is the start of Levada do Moinho and 600 m away is Levada Nova, which are recommended walking routes with fabulous landscapes.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads.

REMARKS
A car is recommended for this location.

The property's entrance is shared with the owner's main house, but the accommodation is independent.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
There is a small construction site nearby, which may cause noise and disturbance during the day on weekdays.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.

CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.

Un accueil chaleureux par Sidonia

Le confort de l'appartement L'espace parking privé La vue La climatisation (il a pu faire très chaud durant notre séjour même la nuit) La décoration La réactivité et disponibilité de Sidonia Nous sommes en pleine nature donc nous retrouvions des fourmis dans la cuisine malgré un nettoyage quotidien. Des indications traduites en anglais au niveau de la machine à laver et du sèche linge. Une lumière sur le portail pour indiquer qu'il s'ouvre ou se ferme. De la lumière qui s'allume par détecteur de mouvement au niveau de l'espace voiture.
