"This is a great place to spend a vacation. I was using the resort for work purpose and it's lovely! For my fellow American folks, this is a lovely place to spend a vacation with your family and loved ones. The downside is that they English is almost non-existent and very limited! Otherwise, I would rate my stay at full 5 stars!"

"O que sobra em Charme falta em Conforto. O colchão é PÉSSIMO, de molas e ja deveria ter sido trocado há uns 10 anos de tão velho e desconfortável. Solicitamos a troca, que não mudou muito o cenário. Impossível conseguir dormir bem nesses colchões. Os travesseiros não fugiram desse padrão. No mais, tudo bem! "

"Apesar do esforço dos funcionários, o hotel deixa muito a desejar em vários quesitos. O principal é não ter serviços após o horário comercial. Precisamos de um chá e nem água quente conseguimos. Algumas infraestruturas estão bem deterioradas e algumas com algum risco (parapeito da varanda quebrado, falta de peça na segurança da varanda.)"
