"The staff is excellent. Although I found two major problems; the room air conditioning was straight to my face when I was sleeping, and gave me a terrible sore throat. Also,, I found one roach over the bed, and another one outside my room’s door. I have reported both problems to the staff."

A cama era um pouco ruim, nos deu dores nas costas os dias em que estivemos lá. O café da manhã é uma delícia e bem variado. Only observation about the premises is that the garage is small. During high travel season your spot may not be guaranteed, so check with the hotel staff. Staff gets 9/10 stars. Wonderful Again.
"This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english. "
