"Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Casa von Vista - leider müsste sehr dringend renoviert werden, besonders das Badezimmer, was auch höchstens zweckmäßig war. Es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude und die Möbel teils historisch. Bei Tisch, Schrank und Truhe ist das in Ordnung, aber Sofa und Bett müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Lage ist äußerst schön in der Natur, man muss nur selber etwas die Insekten fern halten. Frühstück waren wir nur einmal, aber das war gut."

"This was a perfect spot to stay in for our trip to Florence. The apartment is right across the river from the historical center of Florence and walking distance to all the attractions. Also, lots of restaurants options just steps from the building, and a grocery store that is no more than a 10 minute walk down the road. "Was sold on the idea of the signature penthouse apartment that failed to deliver. Reality was an expensive and tired room, only thing going for it was the location. The bedding was heavily stained, walls were grimy particularly around the bed. Crockery was chipped. Bathroom vanity unit coming apart. Fridge door hard to use as was coming off. Balcony door wouldn't close properly. Area around bed space insufficient, in fact a bad layout of whole room. Had a great tv that was blocked by a large...

"Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service."
