"Staff were great and super helpful . Great location for walking to city centre and docks . We parked underneath and were charged 30 pound for 2 nights. We were also charged a 100 deposit . Very clean with everything you would need but bathrooms were a little bit tired and could do with a freshen up ( sealant and grout). Great place as a base for a city centre break "

"Great property right in the centre of the city, very accessible with a lift. Unfortunately this meant that it was quite noisy at times, including at night. Very convenient however to all Liverpool has to offer."

"Nice spacious property in a great central location. Main downside is that it’s positioned directly above a late bar which is open until the early hours. Noise cancelling headphones are a must and definitely not for light sleepers. If you’re planning to be out late rather than sleep I would highly recommend due to its great location. "

"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. Messaged and called to try and arrange a late check out but no answer or reply via the message facility on here. Panel missing from...

"Large and roomy apartment and well stocked and clean. Minor downside being that the mezzanine bedroom ceiling was very low and would need guests to crouch when entering or leaving this room. "

"Excellent location, and extremely quiet despite being in a busy, loud area. Nice big space, very comfortable beds. Only problem is that the AC only cools the main room, so the bedrooms can get too warm."

"Great place to stay for all acitivites in Liverpool. Everything was in walking distance including bars, restaurants and sight seeing attractions. A very short walk to the cavern quarter and approx 10mins to Albert dock. Apartment itself was clean and well equipt for a comfortable stay and i couldnt recommend it more! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool. "

"Overall a really nice property. Very spacious and it was very clean. Location is great. Lacks a bit of coziness with the excess of white walls and lack of natural light. Room for improvement - the sofa bed in the living room only comfortably seats 3 people- we were a party of 5 so two were sitting on dining chairs. It’s also not suitable as a bed for 2 people. It’s very uncomfortable as a sofa bed with the line down the middle and not very stable. My 7 and 13 year old struggled on it so adults...
