"Depressing. Paid to hire bed linen and towels. Made up their beds on arrival. Stripped them on departure and had to clean the apartment. The cost of over £75.00 a night far too much for the appalling standard. "

"Residence con reception esterna e ad orari limitati. Miniappartamento buono x 2 persone, oltre occorre avere buono spirito di adattamento. In estate, in inverno gli spazi risultano molto limitati. Forniture camera cucina e bagno complete, piscina nella hall principale è quindi esterna a residence (occorre uscire da appartamento all’esterno). Panorama mozzafiato, tavolino in resede esterno utile in estate. "

"The accommodation was pretty much what you'd expect of a budget ski residence, but was a long way from the village centre, the ski lifts, and even the bus stop which supposedly served the hotel. The cooking facilities were less than adequate, but otherwise the room was OK. The staff were pleasant, and we just about managed to make ourselves understood speaking "Franglais." "We spent 4 nights at Les hauts de Comborcieres during the Christmas break. The apartment was comfortable. It is very conveniently located near the ski slopes. The pool was really nice too. It is too bad that it closes on Saturdays and that it does not open later at night (it closes at 7:30 pm and it is very crowded in the evening). Les Hauts de Comborcieres is not really a hotel. "Hôtel sympathique et typique savoyard. Appartement fonctionnel, spacieux et calme. A revoir la literie (matelas mousse qui s'affaisse) le linge est propre tout comme l'appartement par contre il y avait cette odeur de tabac froid pas terrible. Mais je n'hésiterais pas a revenir la prochaine fois. Je recommande tout de même puis le personnel est aussi sympathique."
