"Thought staff service, property, and cleanliness were excellent. Small things to improve: We had a wonderful room, however, the shower was a tub shower and it was a deep tub so stepping in and out was precarious- could have used a grab bar at the back of the shower. We also had a nice patio but the table on it was very small - would be good to get a slightly larger table. Breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs did not taste like eggs- I think because there may have been a lot of cream in them. You could order an omelette/frittata for a good bit extra. Also, they never had any berries for fruit, but you could order them separately for 18 francs!! We only had a hamburger for dinner there but the reviews on the restaurant were not good. Most people said great service, food was overpriced and not that good. "

"Our room was spectacular along with the view of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the lunch. The ONLY thing that needs attention is the dirty carpeting in the hallways and the area around the spa. It was filthy-need shampooing "
