Casa da Penalva has 1 double bedroom with TV, wardrobe and a small desk with chair; has 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer; has living room and equipped kitchen (kitchnette) with TV and Wi-fi. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people, of which 2 have to stay in a sofa bed or in a rollaway bed. There are books, maps and some guides, puffs and a salamander, for the colder days. Le gite est conforme à la description. Très bien situé, proche des autoroutes pour se rendre dans différentes régions. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et est très discret. Le gite est confortable mais mériterait d’être équipé d’une climatisation car lors de forte chaleur (34° et plus), le ventilateur n’est pas suffisant pour refroidir la pièce principale et la chambre (il faisait 28°). A notre demande, le propriétaire a installé un parasol devant la baie vitrée du séjour mais n’a pas permis de baisser la température. Aussi, le lavabo de la salle de bains est trop petit et s’apparente plus à un lave main. Pour finir, étant fragile du dos, le matelas était trop dur malgré la présence d’un sur matelas d’une qualité médiocre (mon amie n’a pas eu de problème). Le propriétaire nous a dit que c’était un matelas haut de gamme qui normalement soulage le dos.

Le cadre est pas très beau, il y a une mauvaise odeur dans la location car il y a la chaudière

Notre séjour c est bien passé, les propriétaires sont discret car la location est au fond du jardin mais il y a un gros vis à vis avec le proprio, le logement est loin de ponté 10min, il est un peu petit et pas très bien équipée et il y a un gros problème la chaudière de la maison est la location se qui génère du bruit et des odeurs de fioul
