The local accommodation is located on Rua dos Terceiros in the heart of Ponte de Lima, with magnificent views of the River Lima and Avenida dos Plátanos, where you can enjoy an excellent pedestrian area with centuries-old plane trees, one of the main tourist attractions in Portugal's oldest town.

The accommodation has been completely renovated, fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people, with a view to providing the greatest comfort and tranquillity to the guests, offering a welcoming space ensuring good times and memories for those who visit Ponte de Lima.

The living room and kitchen share an open space, allowing for greater harmonization of the different environments. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, kettle, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), microwave, fridge, among others, fully equipped to enjoy a nice meal.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 2 people.

We provide all the modern conveniences, offering free Wi-Fi access, an air conditioning system and a 43-inch Smart TV.
There are ample cupboards in the apartment so you can comfortably organize various personal items.

This accommodation consists of a fully functional bathroom.

It's an apartment with all the necessary amenities for those who want to have a great time in Portugal's oldest town!

Guests have access to all the amenities of the apartment with complete privacy.
Access is via the center of the village. It is possible to stop in front of the accommodation to pick up your bags, or even park your car!

- Put garbage in the public garbage can every day to avoid unpleasant smells in the apartment;
- At checkout, just keep the TV exactly as you found it and simply leave the apartment and close the door;
- If you notice any abnormalities in the apartment, let us know immediately.
- The amenities left in the apartment are for the first few days only;
- Any special requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability;
