"Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom very modern and whole place was very clean. Great shower water pressure, too! Appreciated the courtesy welcome drinks and snacks, and the fact that they held our bags prior to check-in. Location is the best, being right across from the bus and train station. There is a mini-market 1/2 block away. Only two small complaints: flat pillows and no washcloths. We had to use hand towels as wash cloths. Glad we had 4 pillows to makeup for their flatness, though. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! "

"The staff is awesome. When we arrived the gentleman asked if he could assist with any plans for our visit. He called and set us up with a fantastic glass maker visit, no charge for the tour, though we did end up buying some souvenirs. I prefer staying in Murano over Venus, and this place in particular."

"The rooms were spacious and quiet. Transportation to the airport (which also has a big bus stop and water taxi stop) was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and although there is no lunch or dinner on site there is a very good restaurant nearby that the hotel provides a shuttle to. As an added bonus, there is a small but nice indoor heated pool and a sauna downstairs! Rare for an airport hotel."
