Food was excellent, friendly and helpful staff Having a shuttle was so effective especially when we had to leave at 3 am. My husband forgot his new straw sun hat on the shuttle unfortunately. Is it possible to get it mailed back to us in Canada? Adèle Poratto

I have stayed at the Hilton Rome Airport at least six times over the years, and unfortunately this was by far my worst experience.
