We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! "House with a lot of character and history. Views of the mountains and lake were very peaceful. Remote location for quiet time. Kitchen was rustic but functional. Fireplace was a nice feature. Access road is scheduled for update. "

"Everything about this villa is exceptional…great location, beautiful views, fantastic host, so much to see & do or just stay at the villa & enjoy the pool. Gian’s recommendations for restaurants, wineries & experiences were all amazing. Todi, Orvieto & Montefalco were highlights for our group. "Amazing property with wonderful view of Lake Trasimino , 7 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, swimming pool, outside dining, great kitchen and several living rooms all with air conditioning. Shower gel annd tissues etc all provided. Adequately close to supermarkets. Sun beds were a bit tired/ broken."
