"The website photos of the hotel etc are a bit misleading; the hotel is situated on a limited site close to a busy rural road with the garden, swimming pool and other leisure activities up a steep hill behind the hotel building. These facilities are accessed by steep steps. Car parking is at the front of the hotel building and limited in size and requires quick dashes across on-coming traffic to enter or exit. Hotel Carrís Marineda

10/10 Excellent

"I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a premium room, which was very nice. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to help me during my stay. The hotel is within walking distance to a Coruna train station, however there is also a taxi rank outside of the station which is a more convenient option. Uber's in the area were limited."

Rialta Apartahotel

10/10 Excellent

"The property is around 15mins drive outside of A Coruña centre and very quiet. The free shuttle bus ran 4 x daily between 11am and 8:30pm to the centre. The number 24 bus runs more frequently from the bus stop just up the road and is only 1.30€. I used both. My taxi to/from the airport was 15€-20€ or the bus goes into town from the airport so you can just do that. The food on site was nice and served til late. The staff were all very helpful even though my Spanish is not good enough. The room was clean and well equiped. The mattress was comfortable. I was able to leave my suitcase at reception for a few hours before my flight."

Residencia Universitaria Resa Siglo XXI

8/10 Good

"I chose this hotel because it is 7 minutes to the airport. But you don't hear the airplanes and there are greenery or pool views on either side of the building. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Expect student activity and to respect silence in the hallways. "
