"The best part of this place is the rooftop patio. The view from the patio, the smell of flowers and the epic view of the ocean is top notch. Everything is clean and the location is central to the main street in Vernazza.
If you have bad knees or are not a hiker, I don't recommend this place. The kitchen/food prep space can only accommodate 1 person max! If you have 4 people staying, there is no "common area" inside unless you want to be amongst your friends belongings.

"A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. "

"The location of the property in Vernazza was great, just off the main street so quiet at night but very accessible. Great caffes nearby and easy access to the coastal hiking trails.

"Right on the main drag of Via Roma in Vernazza. Cosy, cute and so comfortable. Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. This studio is close to everything-train, harbor, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, groceries...Would definitely book this again!"

"What an incredible property this was absolutely ideal for the three of us a full kitchen, which is rare in a rental really helped wonderful little market down the street. It’s all you can ask for smack dab in the center of town. Just do not bring a large suitcase, the stairs Were extremely steep and plentiful."

"This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. The lack of a/c was rough, despite the sea air. It was very humid. Ceiling fans did help some. The water pressure in the shower was the best in Italy. It was a bit pricey, but again it’s the location. Only real...

"I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! "

"The owners have been in business for many years and it shows. What phenomenal hospitalilty. Thank you for your service, your kindness, and for making us feel so welcome. Your gift to me and my wife will never be forgotten. We will bring our family the next time we visit Cinque Terre and will make our reservation directly with you in the future. We are so grateful. "

"Great apartment, especially for the price! It’s a bit of a hike up the hill from the train station and beach, but it was a great space for our family of four."

"The location could not be better. Very close to the train, restaurants and sea. I would recommend parking in Spezia and taking train in. The apartment is only a block away from the station. Parking in town is expensive.
Would recommend the sunset cruise with Antonio Bellante of Crazy Boat Cinque Terre"

"The location is beautiful, the view of the church and part of the bay is a good morning wake up dreaming view.. my only complaint was the arrival… the office was close at 4 pm and nobody was answering the WhatsApp contact. A lady open the door to the building where the office was located, and we where able to contact a different phone #, however we have to wait another 20 minutes to finally have the phone answer (they didn’t call back, even though they know we were waiting).. non issue if you are not tired, but we were exhausted after a long trip and a message from us was sent ahead of time notifying of the time of the arrival.. Otherwise, beautiful location"
"Great location, walking distance to the train station and main shopping and restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent! Staff and waiters were very helpful!
Disappointed that there was no parking at the hotel."
"Room was small, a larger person wouldn’t be able to maneuver in the shower as it was very, very small. Staff were friendly and helpful most spoke English."
"The rooms were fine. Spacious and clean. The only major problem was the ancient elevator that stopped working and forced us to climb five flights of stairs. At 80 I don’t do stairs if I can avoid it."
"The hotel has the most amazing view...by far the best view in the entire Cique Terre area. The hotel has a lot good parking if you need to bring your car. The single lane road to access the hotel is a bit harrowing but there is a shuttle down to Monterosso every hour. The hotel is warm inside and the breakfast was wonderful.
A gripe for us was the air conditioning or lack of. The website includes air conditioning but they will not turn it on until 27 degrees C. My wife was having hot flashes but they still would not turn the air condition on. Just beware."
"The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom."
