"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "

"Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception. I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend"

He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"
