All the information was clear and helpful LOGA was very responsive with quick helpful replies to any queries we had. A very easy company to deal with! The apartment is quite small for four people, but that is made up for by the extraordinary view. The kitchen is well appointed, although we could have done with a toaster!

Schlüsselübergabe und -Rückgabe waren problemlos Küche gut aussgestattet, Infos und Kaffeekapseln ein Bonus. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war leider völlig durchgelegen und sollte ersetzt werden.

Die Wohnung ist super. Einziges Potential: Man findet nur an wenigen Orten passende Kapseln zur Kaffeemaschine. Wenn die gelegentlich mal ersetzt würde durch eine Nespresso-taugliche Maschine :-)

Eine Kaffeemaschine mit einem in jedem Laden erhältlichen Kapseln kompatiblen System (z. B. Nespresso) wäre wünschenswert, um nicht für jeden Einkauf extra nach Samedan fahren zu müssen um diese Chico d'Oro Kapseln zu finden. Ansonsten alles top.

Frau Zobrist war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Schlüsselübergabe, Bezug der Wohnung und Schlüsselrückgabe waren bestens organisiert. Auch konnten wir einen Briefkasten mit unserem Namen beschriften, so dass uns die Zeitung zugestellt werden konnte.

Schnelle Rückmeldung; Freundlichkeit; Bestätigungen; Die jetzige Wohnung "Chavriöl" können wir für 2 Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Zeitgemässe, komplette Einrichtung, praktische Details wie Garage, Kellerräume, Lift etc. etc. - wir werden diese gerne wieder einmal mieten! (für 4 Personen erachten wir sie als zu eng / Zimmer mit Kajütenbett winzig etc.)

Nach unserem Empfinden war die Wohnung sehr heiss (24/25 statt 20/21) und die Regulierung selbst für einen Technikfreak ein Rätsel. Ansonsten prima, danke.

Das Bett ist für Personen mit 1.88 und 1.72 Grösse ungenügend; die Matrazen sind schlecht. Es hätte durchaus Platz für ein grösseres und bequemeres Bett. Meine Partnerin musste im anderen Zimmer übernachten. Die zwei Nasszellen sind sehr gut, die Aussicht und die Lage allgemein sehr gut.
