"The view was absolutely amazing. Horses and donkey roaming around the property was pretty cool,we were able to pet them, The place is family owned , the owner was supper nice and helpful, they have a restaurant on site , we have an amazing frsh meal. Absolutely recommend !"

"We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend the villa. The view of the lake is unbeatable, and you have access to a private beach just a 5 min walk away. It’s also a short drive to a supermarket, and to the town of Trevignano Romano which has lots of restaurants, and from which you can also do a boat trip on the lake. All but one of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is small, but usable - we cooked every night as a group of 7 - and there’s also a good BBQ. Armando and Tomaso were both helpful, friendly and easy to contact.Note that the neighbourhood does have noise restrictions in place at certain times, it would be good to be notified of these rules in advance."

"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"My wife and I enjoy staying at this hotel when we travel through Rome. It a beautiful property with great service and all the amenities you need. It located just off the Grande Raccordo which makes it easy to get in and of of the area for car travel. Rooms are very clean and well stocked with water (sparkling and flat), tea and coffee. All the bathroom amenities you need. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast offers a great assortment and service is the best!"

"Room was clean enough for staying in the middle of the woods same with literally everything else if your expecting luxury your in the wrong place but its not the worst if you get a cabin with your own shower, staff were very helpful with upgrading my room and making sure everything was working, there was a wasp nest in the bush next to my door but again your staying in the middle of the woods so its bound to happen to someone"
