The receptionist upon arrival was lovely and our room was amazing, staff had even kindly created towel swans and scattered red rose petals on the bed for us as we recently got engaged. We loved the view and enjoyed a cream tea before going out in the evening.

Really nice stay. Room very comfortable, great view, lovely bathroom with spa bath, healthy breakfast. We weren't impressed by the dinner menu on offer so went elsewhere. The hotel has fab views but I found it to be a bit drafty in the restaurant and lounge areas

Walking away while we were still giving order….not exactly welcoming or skilled at dealing with guests. Breakfast quality and choice excellent. Fantastic room. Beautiful view. Exceptionally clean room. Delicious Nespresso coffee maker (sadly not enough pods, but reception kindly responded). Excellent bathroom. Super cosy bed, wished we had same at home!! Lovely member of staff, Thelma (think thats her name?) So welcoming, friendly and delightful! Our very 1st visit to HH, won't be the last!! A comfortable relaxing weekend.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay to visit family. Our room had a stunning view across Poole Bay. We ate in both restaurants and were happy with the food quality and especially with the attentiveness of the staff.

Dated room but good breakfast

Room itself was a bit dated but breakfast was really nice and made to order with a view of Poole harbour. Location is 9 minutes walk from the beach but you can’t really see it unless you’re in the dining room or specific rooms I believe

Nice hotel. Great location. Building is old so felt a little cold in some areas. But all understandable. Whirlpool bath was a nice surprise. Will visit again.
