"Customer service was good. It is nice to have not only breakfast included but also a dinner service available (extra). The room and entire place was clean. The pillows weren't as nice as other HIExpress I've been to but sufficed. I would stay again."

"We spent one night here as we were visiting family in the area. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated/ furnished. The price we paid was very competitive for such a lovely hotel and on top of this, we enjoyed a hearty cooked breakfast, and a swim in the indoor pool, all of which was included in the overall price. We look forward to visiting again, hopefully when the weather will be kinder and we can enjoy the sea and the golden sands outside. Thank you."

"Absolutely fine, was welcomed by a thoroughly nice chap who checked us in etc. Room was up in the rafters but was nice, comfortable bed and a magnificent bathtub. Spent an hour in the bar and enjoyed that, drinks were reasonable price and it seemed to be quite full. Had to leave at 06:00 to catch ferry so didn’t eat breakfast. Only negative was the toilet seat was quite loose and I felt a little uneasy sitting on the pan, expecting it to slip off at any second. Absolute not a show-stopper but needs sorting as it could be dangerous (didn’t report it as reception was unmanned when we left at 06:00). "

"I was working in the area and came across The Inn in The Park. The hotel is great it's a real home from home with friendly staff and large comfortable rooms with everything you might need including a mini fridge. The bar and restaurant area are modern with a nice warm feel and the locals are friendly and chatty. I didn't go because of the weather but i believe the beach is very nearby and Bournemouth centre is around a mile walk. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again when I'm in the area( hopefully the weather will be better)."
