Our house has 4 bedrooms plus a recently refurbished kitchen . We are 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins to the Sandbanks ferry which takes you to Shell Bay this also gives you access to the beautiful Purbeck Hills which are famous for its Jurassic coast. We have a sheltered garden and parking space for 2 cars. Sandbanks is surrounded by water being beach on one side and Poole Harbour on the other. Rick Steins restaurant is in walking distance along with a couple of other restaurants. Checking in time is 4pm and checking out time is 10.30am during our the busy season but can be slightly altered if we haven't got a back to back booking.
All bed linen is included but towels are not available.

Really lovely spot. Bedrooms are ideal for a family with little kids living the bunk beds!House was always lovely warm, and it was in a great location.

The information looked too good to be true ... but ... the house, the location, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the owner were amazing. A fantastic stay in a beautiful area. There was so much to do and a lot of the time you do not need to drive,(always a plus when on holiday.) We all want to return. Will recommend it to everyone. The house was a home and little touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen table were an added bonus.
A beautiful property in which we had amazing two weeks, The bungalow was very well equipped and very comfortable, garden was a great with seating for all the family. The owner was fab as Kim responded straight away to any questions I had.
Lovely property and phenomenal location. Owner is lovely and very helpful in all circumstances. We had an hot water issue which she sorted immediately once contacted. Property is easily accessible by foot and by car to many attractions close by. The property itself could do with a bit of modernisation and some furniture upgrades but not a problem.
The house itself was lovely and quaint. Very clean with a very well-equipped kitchen. The freezer drawer available is absolutely massive which was great for us as I brought frozen ready cooked meals with me. The stairs to the loft and very very steep. Pretty much vertical. I would not recommend putting children under 5 up there or anyone elderly, disabled or with any kind of limited mobility.
Overall, a wonderful few days in beautiful Sandbanks. Thank you

Tired property in need of refurbishment
So disappointed to be greeted by weeds, broken fencing, an unkempt rear garden and wobbly paving slabs. The inside started positively with a modern kitchen (kitted out extensively with lots of pans and crockery and a useful extra large fridge and oven) but was let down by a tired shower room, staining on walls (damp?) staining on furniture and rug. The first night we were all freezing so had to use the heating from day two onwards even though we were on the beach in hot sunshine. The stairs to the first floor are very steep. Bbq was too dirty to use.
A separate toilet was very useful and there are enough beds to sleep 10.
Location is quiet and ideal for the beach, ferry and local cafes.
There is off road parking for 3/4 cars.

This property is ideally situated - just a few minutes from the beach and the ferry to Studland
The property is quite old but the owners are in the process of refurbishing it. The kitchen is very well equipped with a big fridge and cooker and all the equipment you could possibly need. The sitting area off the kitchen has a big TV with SKY and plenty of comfortable seating, There is a door out into the nice enclosed garden, with again plenty of seating and a table & umbrella. The main bedroom is upstairs, accessed by a very steep staircase - as the bathroom is downstairs, we let our son have that room. The two main downstairs bedrooms are quite spacious with good storage and then there is a small room with a bed and there is a travel cot. The bathroom and separate loo, are downstairs and could do with updating, but this is probably in the owners' minds. This property was ideal for us - 3 adults and two very small children. The house is very comfortable but not too smart so that we constantly had to worry about the children spoiling anything!

Fab house, Great location, Family Fun
I’ll start with I would honestly love to own this holiday home and am confident 99% of people would agree. We were a family of seven and had a perfect early May bank holiday.
Parking for 2 cars and located a 5 mins walk from the beach. The beach was amazing, soft sand and clear blue water. Although accessible for dogs we found it be be clean and well maintained.
The nearest grocery store is a 10 min drive / 25-30 min walk. We did a online grocery shop which was delivered on the day of arrival which was a massive help.
The kitchen was well equipped and spacious for us all to eat as a family. We treated ourselves to dinner at the local Haven hotel and the Rick Steins restaurant. We also found a great cafe bar called the Boatyard, perfect for a lazy afternoon drink.
There were 4 bedrooms all spacious with adequate storage space. We didn’t have a problem with the steep stairs and ensured our 4 year old daughter was always accompanied when using the stairs.
The lounge was comfy with a TV, SKY connection and good WiFi.
Garden was a great size with enough seating for us all when the sun was out. We enjoyed a BBQ one evening by purchasing a few disposable barbecues.
We will definitely be going back to Sandbanks and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this house. Thank you to the owners who were so helpful from the booking stage to check out.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our week away in Sandbanks. The location of this wonderful property could not be any more perfect with the beautiful uncrowded Sandbanks beach just a few minutes walk one way and the ferry and open top bus tour stop just a few minutes the other. The property was well suited for our broad age range and was very comfortable and well-equipped - a joyous home from home. We would go again in a heartbeat!
Stayed for Easter for a long weekend. Property worked well for us. Lovely area and close to the beach. Didn’t need to use the bedroom upstairs, no toilet up there so a bit of luck. All communication throughout was perfect and very helpful.
We loved this house, which felt homely and cosy unlike other properties in the Sandbanks area!
The large West facing garden, with seating and bbq are a bonus and gets sun all day until sunset too.
Plenty of sleeping options, modern kitchen with all essentials and a cosy living room too.
Off road parking is provided, so you can leave your car at home during your stay and walk to the quietest sandy beach in two minutes.
We will return, as our fussy six year old daughter who has Autism loved this property!
You won’t get better at this price in such a sought after area in Sandbanks.
