Private entrance door and stairs up to the hall leading to a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with 65 inch Smart TV, freeview servcies, DVD and BlueRay players, Bluetooth speaker and WIFI. Linen for the sofa-bed (6ft 9ins long and 4ft 9ins wide) can be provided on request. Fully fitted kitchen including induction hob, pop-up extractor, oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave. Bedroom with kingsize bed (5ft) and feature fireplace (not in use). Family bathroom with feature bath, separate large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Utility cupboard with washer / dryer. Outside, access to pretty shared communal garden.

Parking - Parking space for one vehicle and additional visitor spaces (first come first served). Also on street parking.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer.
