Very disappointed about the "no buffet style" breakfast. The only option is to order from a limited menu and billed separately. We went to Omlette Cafe, just 7 miles away and that was amazing. I give Aloft an 8/10.

THE STAFF!!! The ladies who checked us in were the kindest and friendliest even to our fur baby! We stay in a lot of hotels and these ladies stood out for their kindness! Please tell them or their management or something! It is worth a pat on the back!

Loved the bathroom and shower! It's an open concept without a door, which may be unfavorable for some guests. I right it was great for a single person or couple. The room also felt very safe with a covering over the peephole and a blocking strip under the door.

Great Service Shines

The night shift associate was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about the local area. I had a late check-in, staff was accommodating and expedient. The young lady leading the night shift on June 13 2025 was phenomenal. I'd recommend this location.
