The house has an open design and traditional elements have been skillfully combined with modern ones. The visible wooden beams provide a lot of coziness. The open kitchen with dining area forms the center of the house, here you can eat and cook well together. Gather after dinner in the cozy living room in the sofa corner and watch an exciting movie with the family. You can get to the bedrooms via the imposing wooden staircase. Please note that the bedrooms are only partitioned with curtains. In some places there is a low ceiling height. The third bedroom with a double bed is located in the courtyard and has its own entrance.



Outside there is plenty of space to play on the green property. Or refresh yourself on warm days in the pool overlooking the surrounding area. The large veranda with comfortable garden furniture and jacuzzi is also a great place to spend time.



The surrounding area invites you to go on extensive fishing trips. You can prepare your catch afterwards at the house's filleting place and then cook it on the grill. You can reach the river for swimming after 3 km.
