Cipressino Villa, pool near the historic centre

Il Cipressino Villa Tuscany is a cozy and luxurious villa for up to 12 people, located near the historic centre of Poppi, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy according to “I Borghi più belli d’Italia”.
Our guests will be able to enjoy a vast garden and a private pool with a breathtaking view of the Castle of Poppi.
The Casentino Golf Club is only 2 km far.

The vast garden of Il Cipressino Villa is partly shaded by high trees, equipped with tables, chairs and beach chairs.

Everything you see in the pictures is at your exclusive disposal, including the pool (4x9x1.10 meters) from we which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Castle of Poppi.

Under the arcade at the first floor you children will find an original Garlando foosball that will make their stay much more fun.

There are 5 bedrooms:
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 single bedroom
- 1 room for 3 people: double bed + single bed
- 1 room for 4 people: double bed + 2 single beds

All the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor except for the last one which is on the 2nd floor.

All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and each one has its own wardrobe, but only the two double bedrooms are provided with a TV.

To make it darker when you sleep you will find typical Tuscan green shutters in all the bedrooms except for the triple one, which has curtains. 

There are three bathrooms:
- 1st floor Bathroom 1: toilet + bidet + shower + hot tube
- 1st floor Bathroom 2: toilet + bidet + shower
- Ground floor Bathroom: toilet + bidet

Cipressino Villa Tuscany has two fully equipped kitchens where you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwashers.

In the parking at the ground floor a concrete barbecue is also available.

Guests can eat their meals where they prefer: there are tables and chairs for everyone both inside and outside the house.
