"The house is nicer even than the photos indicate. Every detail considered, bohemian and charming. Good views of Capiloveri from two different decks and a lovely private courtyard with fountain. Ingrid gave us a generous tour of her studio and relayed the interesting history of the place. There is a quiet trail directly across from the property that leads down to the water - we had young kids and so didn't make it all the way."

A quelques pas de la plage ainsi que de commères de proximité (alimentaire, boulangerie) et de restaurants. La piscine est agréable, de taille suffisante (nous n'avions presque pas pieds par contre). Jardin bien entretenu dans lequel vous pouvez jouer sans problème. Parking privé pour la voiture juste devant la villa.Bémols: il n'y a pas 3 vraies chambres mais 2 1 canapé-lit situé dans un...

"Fewo war nicht sauber, möbel waren verrostet bzw verschimmelt.Küchenfronten klebrig vor dreck. Zufahrt zur fewo eine katastrophe. Alle wasserhäne waren defekt/undicht. Permanent ist die sicherung geflogen. Vermieter hatte keine lust sich auf englisch zu unterhalten. Per telefon hat er bewießen das er es kann. Uns wurde noch vorgeworfen warum wir nach elba fahren und nicht italienisch sprechen. Bisher die schlechteste wohnung die wir in den letzten 10 jahren gebucht hatten."

"Most things overall were OK and the house itself has nice antiques and pretty antique hardware, and nice outdoor patio Host is responsive, but wants a heavy cash deposit for the house and again for the kayaks. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim. "

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche erlebt in der Villa. Der Tennisplatz war in einem top Zustand, der Pool kalt aber der Jahreszeit entsprechend. Die Aussicht mega schön und und der Ping Pong Tisch stets in Gebrauch. Die Villa war perfekt für uns zwei Familien. Die Stadt Capoliveri einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausherrin hat perfekt funktioniert und wir werden sicher wiederkommen."

"We had a great stay. Perfect areas outside the house, great pool and many spot to sit outside. The best spot for our family was the terrasse and the pool. A unique view from the terrasse and pool area. We solid love to come back. "
