"I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel! The room was clean and the common areas were too! House keeping was mopping the hallways & elevator… very clean. Also maintenance was taking care of the trash and friendly ..No frills but a decent place to stay.. close to casinos and shopping. I have stayed there before and will again! "

"One night stay. Room was spacious and seemed clean. Check in agent could have been friendlier but she was fast and efficient. A man came in the office and gave a friendly welcome. Parking right in front. No elevator to 2nd floor (not a problem, but if you have a lot of luggage, ask for 1st floor). Convenient location for us. Would stay again."

"Our stay was great! The staff were friendly, helpful and present on property even at night as a security measure. The location of this property can't be beat! We arrived earlier in the day with intentions of hanging out on the beach before check-in. We were able to park in the hotel lot and our room ended up being ready a little bit early. The property was as expected for Misquamicut beach - relatively no frills, no on site restaurant (although they did have a soda vending machine and...

"The only problem I had with the hotel was the pool was closed due to the weather they had a chance of rain New England gets colder earlier dependent upon the elevation. This was late July. Generally when I stayed here it was early June. This Mr Patel runs a great business choice and Rodeway should be happy to have them representing their brand. See you next year. "

"The villa was so perfect for an overnight stay. It was clean, well stocked with everything you need, down to coffee and creamer. The grounds are pretty, with the fountains and little bridges. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property itself has seen better days but it's all cosmetic, nothing that affects your stay. The place is kept nice and clean. And at the prices offered it's a non issue. And the great staff more than make up for any cosmetic issues."

"The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator, microwave, and tiny coffee maker. The manager (owner?) told us that they would be doing a complete renovation, probably next year, which explains a few things. The bathtub had a bit of mold, and the floor was creaky when you stepped into the tub. The outside of the building had a lot of weeds and overgrowth. Also, they don't make up the room every day unless you ask. However, the swimming pool was spotless, if just a bit cool (we got used to it). It was very convenient to have the Mystic Diner right next door. "

"The property sits back off the road. There are trees, grass, and shrubs that make for a pleasant surrounding. The property is well maintained. At night, there is a fire pit to enjoy with other guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a woman traveling with her dog, I felt safe and well cared for. Several restaurants along with a Dunkin' Donuts are located close by. The beach and other attractions are within reasonable driving distance. I have stayed at this location in the past and intend to stay again in the future. It was an enjoyable stay and I look forward to returning next year (perhaps even sooner). "
