"My wife and I stayed at this property September 10, 2026. Since it was not a popular name brand we were a little apprehensive but all of our apprehension was for nothing! These people were great! We got very personalized service along with a clean room and incredible location. It was well maintained with all the expected amenities plus even MORE than we had imagined. We are pretty picky people but this was a place that I not only enjoyed September 10 but will hopefully return to in the future....

"We needed a place to stay that was convenient to return our rental car as well as catch the train to Rome and this place delivered. It was easy to find and check in to. It was clean, well appointed and practically brand new. There is a small grocery store and a few restaurants near by. We also found a bus up to the top of Orvieto conveniently located a block away. "Patrizia was a wonderful hostess with very clear instructions about our meet up and the apartment. She was very patient despite the language barrier and used Google Translate to make sure we understood her answers to our many questions. The apartment was very clean and well stocked for kitchen use, which we didn’t take advantage of since we only stayed one night. The bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for our first night sleep in Italy. We had a wonderful stay!"
