During my stay, I lost my wallet, and the entire team went above and beyond to help me locate it. From the front desk to housekeeping and even the restaurant staff—everyone was genuinely concerned and eager to assist. What truly stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and they made me feel welcome and supported during a stressful moment. "This hotel is beautiful and centrally located for many activities. 45 minutes to Venice airport, 15-20 to Aviano and the mountain roads. It was quiet and had a huge, free breakfast. They have a nice covered patio where we were able to eat breakfast daily and also hang out on a rainy afternoon. The room was clean and well appointed, though it didn’t have shampoo and conditioner separate from body wash. Bed was hard, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for some. We would definitely stay here again and thank the wonderful staff for a lovely stay. "

"Hotel is wonderful . In a great setting of vine yards on a hill with great views. Found it strange to close the bar Saturday afternoon when there are guests there. Only thing we had was the beds are a little thin so feels a bit hard . Overal great plance with great people"
